Parcel shipping will display at a lower commercial address rate if a company name is provided in the shipping address and at a higher residential address rate if no company name is provided. EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED FOR ANY ORDER WITH A COMPANY NAME SHIPPED TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS INTERNATIONAL PARCEL SHIPMENTS
Parcel shipments with delivery addresses outside the United States require quotation via a totallybelted.com sales rep. Shipments can be made via UPS charged collect to customer's UPS account (including shipping & customs/brokerage fees). Shipments can also be made via USPS -- all customs and duties fees will be payable by customer to local postal service upon delivery. Please contact us to confirm whether size and weight of shipment conform to your country's requirements via UPS or USPS. TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS Orders weighing greater than 150 lbs. or that exceed 108 inches in length and/or 165 inches in girth must be shipped via truck and quoted by totallybelted.com sales reps. For all truck shipments to Canada and Mexico, customer is required to provide contact information for a customs broker to manage cross-border paperwork and customs/duties. All truck freight orders are assumed to be delivered to commercial addresses with forklifts (or other suitable equipment) available to unload pallets during customary business hours Monday thru Friday. EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED FOR ANY ORDER WITH A COMPANY NAME SHIPPED TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND/OR TO A LOCATION WITHOUT UNLOADING EQUIPMENT.

totallybelted.com reserves the right to ship all orders by any suitable carrier that will meet the shipping requirements, whether UPS, Fedex, or any other common carrier or delivery service. Can I ship my order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories?
Why may "Next Day" deliveries sometimes take longer than 1 or 2 days to arrive?
What do I do if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?
Return Policy For all returns and exchanges, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. In general, returns can be made only within (7) days of date shipment is received and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns are valid only on stocked items and not on any special order or customized products -- this includes all conveyor belt & conveyor component products (pulleys, idlers, rollers, belt scrapers, etc.), banded & multi-speed v-belts, Polychain timing belts, and all surplus components. If you have any questions about which products may or may not be returned, please contact us. All returns require that you obtain a valid RGA number from totallybelted.com within the (7) day period. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing list. If a product is shipped incorrectly or is damaged, please contact us immediately to obtain a valid RGA number and to review exchange options. |
